He joined the company in January 2020 and has been instrumental in setting up the Singapore entity. Prior to this, he was the Director of a German owner/operator in Singapore, HBC Asia, from 2008 up to 2019. He has vast experience in dry bulk shipping, having been in the industry since 1998. He started as an apprentice at Orion Bulkers where he acquired a bachelor’s degree (majoring in dry bulk) and worked in operations and as an ISM auditor. Subsequently, he joined Bison Ship Management (Chartering Assistant) and Platou Asia (Deputy Head & Chartering Broker).
Agathe joined the company in August 2021 in the capacity of Chartering Manager bringing in 6 years of experience in the maritime sector. Prior to joining Campbell, she spent 3 years working for an agricultural trading firm on their freight platform, where she acquired chartering and market intelligence skills with a focus on the South Atlantic Handy market. Agathe also acquired commercial and ship management skills working for 3 years for a ship owner in the offshore services industry.
Joshua joined the company in May 2023 in the capacity of Junior Chartering Manager, bringing in 3 years of experience working as a capesize ship broker in a leading Shipbroking house in Singapore where he picked up valuable chartering skills. He holds a degree in Maritime Studies with a specialization in International Trade from Nanyang Technological University. In addition, during his time at university, he had interned at Vale International SA and Oldendorff Carriers Singapore.
Capt. Mufid Lambay joined Campbell Shipping as Commercial Operations Manager in May 2023. He has been associated for over 26 years in the maritime industry with 23 years of sailing experience up to the rank of Master at Anglo Eastern Ship Management. Stepping ashore in 2019, he was involved in Port Captaincy and worked as adjunct professor at MASSA Maritime Academy. Prior to joining Campbell Shipping, he worked for a chartering firm, Propel Shipping, as an Assistant General Manager from 2021 to 2023.
He has been awarded with Advanced Diploma in Dry Cargo Chartering and MICS degree from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, UK. He completed his MBA in International Trade management from one of the top management schools in India. He is a certified Maritime Internal Auditor for ISM/ISPS/MLC and has completed the Assessment, Examination and Certification of Seafarers (AECS) course under the authority of DG Shipping, Govt. of India. He is a member of The Company of Master Mariners of India.
Veronica joined the company in April 2022 as a Commercial Operations Assistant, kickstarting her career in commercial operations. She has been associated with the maritime industry for over 8 years, both as a seafarer and working ashore. Prior to joining Campbell Shipping, Veronica sailed onboard merchant vessels as a deck officer, working for one of the largest cruise ship companies in the world, gaining a plethora of maritime experience. As an alumna of the LJM Maritime Academy in The Bahamas, founded by Campbell Shipping's past president, she hopes to inspire other young Bahamians in the maritime industry.
Mr.Hussain Mohamed Harid joined the company as Operations Manager in July 2024. He is an experienced professional across various industries of which 12+ years in shipping, managing tankers and dry bulk vessels. With a background in operations, he has held various roles globally, including Operation Executive, Operations Manager, and Broking, in leading companies prior to joining Campbell Shipping.
He holds a Degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay and additionally has attended executive Shipping courses by IIMA and Galbraith’s Executive shipping course.
He joined the company in 2010 since its inception. He has 25 years of experience in the shipping industry with 12 years sailing experience on VLCC’s/VLGC’s with Bergesen and Stena Bulk up to rank of Master. He has a broad experience of working in the LNG sector under varied management structures/cultures and has worked with oil majors/major gas energy companies as clients. He has undertaken operational, HSEQ assurance/vetting, and commercial shore-based roles with companies including Teekay, K Line, V-Ships, and Golar LNG, all based in the UK. He holds an MSc in Maritime Operations from Liverpool John Moores University, an EMBA from Cass Business School, London, and has interned at IMO (MICS/MNI).
Starting his career as a marine engineer apprentice in 1995 in Calcutta, he went on to become a chief engineer sailing on oil tankers, bulk carriers, and container vessels. Stepping ashore in 2009, Mr. Ghosh was involved in new building takeovers for India Steamship from Hyundai, Korea. Thereafter, he worked with Anglo Eastern Ship Management (Hong Kong) and BW (Singapore) as a technical superintendent. Working with third-party ship managers as well as direct owners has given him a broad and varied experience in the technical supervision of vessels. He holds the status of Chartered Engineer and has a degree in Electrical Engineering (AMIE). Mr. Ghosh is also an elected member of the Lloyds Register Technical Committee for North America and South East Asia.
She joined the company as Group Financial Controller in May 2016 after nearly twelve years with one of the Big 4 accounting firms in the United States and The Bahamas. During this time, she gained invaluable exposure to an array of industries, companies, and accounting standards. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants. As Group Financial Controller, Davina is responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities.
Homi joined the firm as a Chief Culture Officer in June 2020. In an endeavor to focus on seafarers mental wellbeing, the firm has made a strong commitment to proactively create a culture of a healthy, respectful, and safe environment across its fleet. Homi actively aligns with the firm’s vision and engages through on-board training programs on personal mastery, mental models, team learning, and professional outcomes. Alongside training, he offers one-on-one interventions and coaching partnerships to bring out the best in every individual.
Homi is a Professional Certified Coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation and is also a Certified Organization Development Consultant. He brings rich corporate experience of over 30 years and has been privileged to work for organizations like Tata Unisys, Mahindra British Telecom, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley, where he held the post of Executive Director for 13 years.
Rajesh Bhadoria possesses over 21 years of experience in the maritime sector, encompassing 17 years of sailing on foreign-going vessels and 4 years in various ashore positions. He has predominantly sailed on Bulk Carriers and, following his tenure as a Chief Officer, transitioned to onshore roles. He embarked on his shore career as a Marine Surveyor and later joined the Campbell HSEQ Team in 2021. Serving as an HSEQ superintendent, he actively participated in ensuring Campbell's SMS compliance on vessels and conducted internal audits for the Campbell Fleet. In 2022, he assumed the position of Campbell Manning Head, with responsibilities extending to Crew Management across the Campbell Fleet.
Lekhak joined Campbell Shipping in 2022 as the Human Capital Lead. He brings with him extensive experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) such as Mahindra, People Strong, and Citi, where he specialized in HRBP, talent management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
Having obtained a post-graduate degree in human resources, Lekhak holds the distinction of being an XLRI-certified Talent Management specialist. He wholeheartedly embraces Campbell's philosophy, which emphasizes providing employees with opportunities to advance their careers. As part of this approach, Lekhak spearheads various initiatives, including learning and development programs for seafarers both on-board and during their leave, engagement initiatives, mentoring programs, and initiatives promoting seafarers' wellbeing. In addition, he assumes responsibility for the entire shore personnel human resources vertical.
