Connecticut Maritime Association (CMA) Award – 2015

The Connecticut Maritime Association respectfully acknowledges with gratitude and admiration the laudatory actions of Captain Joshua Henry Peris Bhatt, the entire crew of the CS Caprice and management of Campbell Shipping when in October 2014, their vessel rescued 510 men, women and children refugees in peril in the Mediterranean Sea. By their heroic efforts all those rescued, survived. Award given – March 24, 2015 Stamford, Connecticut, USA

US Coast Guard – QUALSHIP 21 – 2013

The US Coast Guard detailed review of company’s performance, recognized Campbell Shipping and its vessels to meet the eligibility criteria of this program. As per the USCG – less than 10% of all the foreign flagged ships that operate in the United States meet the eligibility requirements of this program, thereby putting Campbell qualified vessels in an elite class.  This is a remarkable accomplishment and the efforts of the organization, the master and crew of the qualified vessels for setting such a high standard of excellence is applauded by the USCG.

Safety at Sea Awards – 2012

This award was presented in recognition of an innovating and original development to improve safety and security onboard and ashore. The Company produced an in-house training video for developing and undertaking a practical Risk Management framework for vessel’s transit through Piracy High Risk Area in Gulf of Aden.
