The Management team under the direction of the Board of Directors (BOD) is responsible for undertaking day‐to‐day operations of the company in line with established framework. They provide regular reporting framework encompassing performance of the ship management including mutually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
The core of the management team has been with Campbell since inception and has played significant roles in the development of the company and remains committed to serving external clients and charting further growth.
RAJESH J. DHADWAL
Joined company in 2010 since inception. He has 25 years of experience in the shipping industry with 12 years sailing experience on VLCC’s/VLGC’s with BERGESEN and STENA BULK up to rank of Master. He has broader experience of working in LNG Shipping industry in varied management structures/cultures and has worked with Oil Majors and Major Gas energy companies as clients. He has undertaken Operational, HSEQ Assurance/Vetting and Commercial shore based roles with companies TEEKAY, K.LINE, V.SHIPS and GOLAR LNG, all based in UK. He holds MSc in Maritime Operations – from Liverpool John Moores University, EMBA from Cass Business School London and Internship at IMO. (MICS/MNI).
VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN CAPITAL
Joined company in 2015, he has 27 years’ experience in shipping, sailed on board various types of bulk carriers for 17 years and has worked ashore for 10 years in companies Fednav and Anglo Eastern Ship Management. He has worked on various assignments ashore as a Cadet Training Officer (CTO), and has been assigned the project of starting a pre‐sea training institute for recruitment and manning. He leads all seafarer’s recruitment, training and development.
FLEET TECHNICAL MANAGER
Joined company in 2010, since inception. He has a Bachelor in Mechanical‐Marine Engineering and has 29 years experience in shipping – of which 15 years in sailing to the rank of Chief Engineer on general cargo ships, bulk carriers, VLCC and 14 years ashore in ship technical management in Campbell Shipping and Dockendale Shipping. During this time, Mr. Kodi managed bulk carriers of various sizes, dry docked and carried out major repairs. He is certified by ABS for ISM and ISPS for internal auditing.
DAVINA L. MCKENZIE
GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Davina joined the company as Group Financial Controller in May 2016 after nearly twelve years with a Big 4 Accounting Firm in the United States and The Bahamas. During this time she gained invaluable exposure to an array of industries, companies, and accounting standards. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants. As Group Financial Controller, Davina is responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities.
FLEET HSEQ-RISK MANAGER / DPA
Joined Campbell Shipping in 2010, since inception. He holds a HND Nautical Science degree from South Shields, UK. Master since 2006. He has been associated for over 27 years with the shipping industry of which 6 years has been ashore supporting S & Q functions, audits and on board training in Campbell Shipping. He has pursued a sea‐going career through to Master serving on a variety of vessel having started with Tankers and moving on to General Cargo, Panama and Cape Size bulkers and OBO’s, Reefer containers and finally Handy size bulkers. He is a certified as ISM/ISPS Internal Auditor, DNV‐GL certified Auditor for integrated management system for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and for Accident Investigation on board ships.
MARINE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Joined company since inception in 2010 as Master on fleet vessel. He obtained Master (FG) COC from India in 1992 and received command in 2002. He has extensive experience of working on reefer vessels and bulk carriers as Master and senior officer. Prior to joining Campbell he worked as a Port Captain for a renowned chartering company ‐ BHP Billiton. He is an ISM/ISPS Internal Auditor, DNV‐GL certified Auditor for Integrated management system. He has spent 2 years as Internal Auditor and Fleet Training Superintendent prior assuming current role. In his current capacity he also supports fleet with commercial cargo queries, port Operations and expert advice on hold cleaning.
SENIOR MANAGER MANNING
Joined company in 2009, since inception. He began his seagoing career in April 1981 as a Radio Officer and has over twenty years of experience in various areas of the Shipping Industry. He has recently achieved Diploma in Ship Management with accreditation in Ship Broking for Ship Managers.
